Hakeem Jeffries marks Trump’s first 100 days

In an off-campus speech, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries painted a dystopian vision of President Donald Trump’s America to mark the president’s first 100 days in office.

Jeffries spoke to supporters today at the Atlas Performing Arts Center near Capitol Hill to highlight Democratic efforts to push back on the Trump administration. It’s the latest effort by Jeffries to reach the party’s base by using different venues and messaging methods.
