Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) and 17 other House Democrats – including 15 other ranking committee members – are calling on Speaker Mike Johnson to take action against Rep. Byron Donalds for allegedly improperly having another member vote for him while the Florida Republican was flying to California to appear on a TV show.
