Will Vought testify as acting CFPB director?

Congress has questions about the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. It’s not clear whether the agency’s acting head will be invited to testify any time soon.

Russ Vought has led the CFPB since February, shortly after he was confirmed by the Senate to lead the Office of Management and Budget. Vought has spent a good chunk of this year testifying before less-than-pleased appropriators.
