Hill split over who’s winning the redistricting fight

Top Capitol Hill staffers are split on which party will benefit more from redistricting efforts, according to our most recent Canvass survey.

A little over a third of staffers (37%) said Republicans will score more from the redrawn congressional maps than Democrats.
