Schumer teases rail safety bill for a September messaging vote

CHICAGO — Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s “show vote summer” might not be over quite yet.

The New York Democrat told us during a roundtable with reporters Tuesday that he’s looking to hold a vote sometime in September on legislation tightening railway safety regulations.
