Collins: Shrinking Senate minibus would be ‘disaster’

Senate Appropriations Committee Chair Susan Collins (R-Maine) on Wednesday firmly ruled out a push by conservatives and House appropriators to slim down the Senate’s next FY2026 funding package, saying it could result in a “disaster.”
