Schumer, McConnell meet as Senate returns from holiday break

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell met face-to-face on Monday afternoon as senators returned to Washington confronting unfinished business on appropriations, foreign aid and border security.
