Kaine in Canada: I’ll force new vote to block tariffs

OTTAWA, Ontario — A Democratic senator said Friday he plans to force another Senate vote on whether to block President Donald Trump’s tariffs targeting Canada if the two nations can’t negotiate a trade deal soon.
