The Senate Banking Committee made some big moves in housing policy last week, culminating in a unanimous bipartisan markup to advance the ROAD to Housing Act.

This housing package is a kitchen-sink approach to easing the development of housing. There’s a ton of stuff in this bill. But Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), a Banking Committee member who has made housing reform a prominent focus, says senators can’t let up yet.
