Hawkish Hill Democrats are slamming partnerships on artificial intelligence that President Donald Trump struck with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The Democrats, who were led by Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Ill.), are particularly worried that the advanced semiconductors involved in the deal might end up in the hands of adversaries like China.
