E&C Republicans meet on kids online

House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans met Tuesday to talk about ways to protect children online, including the Kids Online Safety Act, according to Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-Fla.).

The meeting could tee up action on a range of kid-related tech issues when lawmakers come back from recess in September, as well as cause tension with House GOP leaders who have put KOSA on the back burner.
