Lawmakers will be investigating claims from a fired Facebook policy official that CEO Mark Zuckerberg lied to Congress about the company’s potential concessions to China, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) told us.

“The potential implications here, whether it's perjury or something else, something further, are really quite significant,” said Hawley, who has invited the ex-Facebook employee, Sarah Wynn-Williams, to a hearing Wednesday.
