The Delaware Democrat released a wide-ranging report Friday morning with recommendations for housing reform. It’s Blunt Rochester’s first major policy initiative as a senator, and the report takes suggestions from groups, including Up for Growth Action, the National Low Income Housing Coalition, the American Planning Association and the National Association of Realtors.
