OPM says union telework agreements can shove it

The acting director of the Office of Personnel Management told agency leaders that union agreements for federal workers that guaranteed telework are likely “unlawful,” according to a memo we obtained this afternoon.

Acting OPM Director Chuck Ezell told leaders across the executive branch that collective bargaining agreements signed before the Trump administration’s return would not be enforceable.
