Trump funding freeze flounders, ICC sanctions bill stalled

The Office of Management and Budget’s funding freeze was scheduled to go into effect at 5 p.m. today. And a federal judge has already temporarily blocked it.

Biden-appointed Judge Loren AliKhan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia stopped the freeze just minutes before it was set to begin, the Associated Press reported. The administrative stay will last until Monday.
