Briana Reilly

Briana has covered the military and defense policy since 2021. Before joining Punchbowl in 2025, Briana wrote for CQ Roll Call’s defense and national security team. Prior to that, she reported on the Air Force, as well as the Pentagon’s efforts to harness emerging technology developments at Inside Defense. Briana began her career in 2017 as a state politics and government reporter in Wisconsin, where she’s from originally.
