Exclusive: Bipartisan legislation that would address aviation safety issues following the deadly plane crash at Reagan National Airport is picking up momentum.
Rep. Bob Onder (R-Mo.) is introducing the House version of Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas) bipartisan ROTOR Act today. The bill aims to resolve safety issues that led to the January midair collision between an American Airlines regional jet and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter.
