Bradley, Caine brief lawmakers on boat strikes

There’s a barrage of defense-related developments sweeping Capitol Hill on Thursday.

The leaders of the House and Senate Armed Services committees received a classified briefing from Adm. Frank Bradley and Joint Chiefs Chair Dan Caine on a Sept. 2 “double tap” boat strike against alleged drug boats in the Caribbean.
