House Republicans’ stopgap bill to keep the government funded until Nov. 20 isn’t out yet. And it may not be released until some point on Tuesday.

This isn’t exactly a huge problem, considering federal coffers don’t run dry until Sept. 30.

But Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Monday that he wants to vote on the CR this week before sending senators home for the Rosh Hashanah recess. More on this below.
