Congress turns to 2026’s big trade deadline

House members kicked off conversations this week to prepare for a crucial deadline next year that will impact President Donald Trump’s trade agenda.

Lawmakers are turning to talks around the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, known as USMCA.
